Processing + Shipping

At this time, our products are only available in the USA. As we grow, we hope to expand to other countries around the world. Thank you for your patience!

We ship to the contiguous US as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for an extra shipping fee.

At this time, items on our website are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, it will be processed and sent into production where the order will usually be completed in 2-7 business days (not including shipping).

Shipping times are estimated between 2-9 business days to the contiguous US. Please expect an extra 12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

**Shipping times are not guaranteed. Please be mindful about potential extension for shipping and production times during the holiday season.**

If your order was lost in the mail, please reach out to us in within 15 days after the estimated delivery date so we can work on a replacement for you.

If your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with pictures of damaged products/packages so that we can get a replacement for you.

Please check unexpected places the package may have been left and ask neighbors if they received your package by accident. If the package is still nowhere in sight, please reach out to your local mail delivery service.

Unfortunately, the address cannot be changed once it has been sent to production. Please contact us by email or through the Contact Us page for further assistance with your order!

We partner with different manufacturers to get the best quality products for the best prices. If you order different products, i.e. a mug and a sweatshirt, you will receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.

Also, due to the nature of certain products, i.e. mugs, those will be packaged separately so they don't break during shipping.

Returns + Exchanges

At this time, all products are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. However, please reach out to us if there is a problem with the quality of the products you received, and we will help you the best we can!

(Examples of quality issues includes misprints, defective, & damaged products)
